Based on the written test performance they will mail u the result for the further process (i.e., Technical + HR). u will be getting a minimum of one week gap for the Technical & HR after the test.
Technical Interview:
1) Be prepared with your project work (Mini Project & Final Project) that u had done in your B.Tech. Most of the questions will be from the project only.
2) Get prepared with the basics from C,C++ & Java.
3) Extra circular activates will fetch u plus point in this round.
4) Be confident in what ever u say.
HR
In this round the HR will test your communications skills. the first question would be "Tel About Your self"
Just tel them what u had mentioned in your resume.
Note: During the written test they will be giving an application form to fill so remember the fields like Software Domain, Strengths, weakness, Why CTS because they will ask these questions in HR & will tally the answers with them which u had filled during the written test.
